IN-PERSON WORKSHOP with individual constellations, guided meditation, sharing circle.

Would you like to explore the dynamics in your family in a safe and confidential space?

In family constellations we call on our felt-sense, our bodies, to guide us into a deeper understanding of the underlying loyalties that sometimes run through generations .

In this workshop we will explore the hidden loyalties within family systems that inform your life decisions. A constellation allows you put the pieces together... and move on with an open heart.

 

  • Come along, this is a great way to find out more. You and your curiousity are very welcome. And so is the hesitation about something new, your inner critic, and your vulnerability. Bring them along. No previous experience needed, I will guide you into the process. This is an affordable way to dip your toes into this deep healing work.

  • In this workshop, the 'issue holders' are chosen on the day. This means you might receive a full constellation for the bargain price of £25(!). We will have time for 2-3 constellations during our time together. I have other offers where you can book to be an issue holder.

  • Yes, you can come and be part of the holding circle. You might be asked to step in as a 'representative' in someone else's constellation. This is voluntary.

  • For a constellation the 'issue holder' brings a question to the circle. They have a conversation with me and I ask them to pick members from the holding circle to stand in the circle, repesenting members of their family, e.g. their partner / mother / brother I will guide you through this process.
